We work with solid oak and ash — never particle board, never veneers. Every piece of wood is hand-selected for grain, strength, and character. Our mechanisms are tested before shipping.

What’s Not a Defect
Solid wood is a natural material. These are not considered defects:
- ❌ Natural variations in wood grain, color, or knots.
- ❌ Minor cracks or movement due to humidity changes (normal for solid wood).
- ❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor dents).
- ❌ Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
How We Handle Issues
If something isn’t right, email us at support@steelwood.store with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the problem
We’ll review within 48 hours. If it’s our fault — we’ll repair, replace, or refund. No forms to fill. Just a solution.
Care Instructions
To keep your table beautiful for years:
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
- Use coasters for hot drinks.
- Apply wood oil every 6–12 months.
- Avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity.
