About SteelWood
At SteelWood, woodworking isn’t just what we do — it’s who we are. We’re a small, family-run workshop with roots that go back over 70 years, to when my grandfather picked up his first set of chisels and started carving in a shed by the Samara River in Dnipro, Ukraine. He passed down everything he knew to my father — and my father passed it on to me. Three generations later, we’re still shaping wood by hand, one piece at a time, just like he did.
A Love for Wood, A Passion for Craft
We specialize in modern handcrafted wood products — home décor, small furniture pieces, and thoughtful accessories made from solid, natural wood. But more than that, we build things with soul. Every item we make begins with a story — a piece of wood we’ve dried ourselves for years under the sun, a design idea sparked during a walk in the forest, or a customer’s vision brought to life. There’s no mass production here. No shortcuts. Just care, creativity, and a lifelong love of the craft.
